Welcoming staff, the room was spacious enough and I liked ideal location. Industrial area close to the hotel. Low budget venue, 12 miles from Branson airport. The room was non smoking and very clean, the bed was neat.
Our favorite place to stay in Branson. Liked almost everything, including location and stuff, they were awsome;)))
We recommend the hotel and its staff. Location was exceptional and the room was very spacious. Sunny balcony was a nice surprise. The best breakfast - bacon and eggs.
We loved the room and the patio overlooking the fountains. The room was superb.
I had asked for a smoking room, overlooking the fountains when I booked the room. I even e-mailed and called them before we got there, to make sure they got our reservation. Never received a reply! Than when we get there we are in a non-smoking room! No coffee in the lobby, no breakfast, had to pay for WiFi. The room was great, but not for the high price you have to pay for it.
Like the location for shopping & eating. Enjoyed O'Shea's
Didn't like the train at 3:00am
We love staying on or near the landing, it's convenient and we enjoy being able to walk to lots of places.
No free WiFi. For what we paid for a room it should come with it at our convenience.
Quiet and location
Nlo breakfast without vouchers., after spending 500 for rooms, seriously, in Branson? My husband and i have seperate hilton honors. He travels with work. I don't.
Thought we were getting a jacuzzi tub with the deluxe king room.
the bars downstairs playing music late. the train that went by several times. the street fairly noisy right out front and the thinness of the walls to be able to hear drunk neighbors.
absolutely loved the location, size of room-beautiful large bathroom.
Bed not as comfy as I expected, needed one more blanket-none in drawer, and could have used two more pillows. Clerk said we had view of light show, but didn't. Barely a view from window, but good view of the large Christmas tree. Mildew around bottom hinge of shower door, and shower door wouldn't shut. Chairs in lobby's and room need to be re cushioned, very broken down, kind of an eyesore.
Loved the location, rooms were outstanding service was excellent! Will plan to stay there on all our visits to Branson!
Bed was comfy
Door slamming all hours for the entrance to the entry way for the room and adjoining rooms we were in. They did not clean our room the first day until we called.
The location is outstanding and convenient to shopping, walking, and great eating places. We loved the atmophere of the Landing.
We were totally disappointed in the location of the parking lot to the location of the rooms. Having to walk outside and carry your bags such a distance was not up to the standards or price of a hotel of this quality. You could pay for valet services but the rooms were already costly.
Location, location, location. The center of everything. The core of what Branson is about.
Moving luggage from the registration desk to the South Building was somewhat a chore.
The front desk was rude and said my credit card was denied very loud and grabbed the key card back. I told her to run it again and it was her system. They gave me valet parking for free after another front desk person came up. The beds was not comfortable at all. Nothing extra or special for 200.00 a night, just the location.
